About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for infant, pediatric, and adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team. They emphasize providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA offers an excellent onboarding and training experience, with accessible Clinical Managers and office staff providing ongoing support to nurses. The role involves one-to-one client care, with flexible scheduling options and no weekend requirements. Client age ranges from infant to adult. The position focuses on traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours) and hands-on care for a single client, allowing for relationship building and observing client milestones.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
