About The Position

Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. The Registered Nurse delivers skilled, compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care in patients’ homes, with support from a mission-driven, nurse-led team focused on patient dignity and outcomes.

The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN night shifts. Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors; the listed range reflects applicants from entry-level to highly experienced. Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
