About The Position

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Saline, MI.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in home health care or a similar nursing role preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times.
