About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 home care to clients in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro Metro area, specifically in Salisbury and nearby communities. This role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available, allowing nurses to control their schedule and achieve work-life balance. RNs will deliver personalized home care to adult and pediatric clients of all ages and acuity levels, making a significant difference in their lives. The position emphasizes a care-first culture, clinical excellence, and supportive team environment with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized home care to clients in Salisbury and nearby communities.
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
