About The Position

As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care. The department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills. This is a full-time night position at a 99-bed facility in Flower Mound, TX, featuring a modern facility and high-tech equipment, with a supportive team environment and outstanding opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma in Nursing or Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
One Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of a Registered Nurse residency program
Registered Nurse upon hire
Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
