About The Position

Moraga Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for part-time positions on all shifts (AM, PM, and NOC). Requirements

• Current and active California RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care

Nice To Haves

• Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate and support residents and their families
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed
• Promote a positive, safe, and resident-centered care environment
