Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current South Carolina Registered Nurse License or Compact State RN License
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

Deliver patient and family-centered care
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Lead and support assigned team members
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Provide patient education and health promotion
Promote a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment
Participate in shared governance and professional practice initiatives
Utilize critical thinking to improve patient outcomes
Support clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
Demonstrate accountability, leadership, and professional growth
