RN Supervisor PRN for In-Home Personal Care Agency. This position is ideal for individuals who are semi-retired or looking to supplement their current income. The role involves conducting supervisory visits for non-skilled clients, with a flexible schedule and the ability to choose your service area within the Middle Peninsula and surrounding regions. The agency offers competitive pay per assessment and visit, as well as hourly rates for office work and additional compensation for visits over 30 miles from the agency.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Ability to work flexible hours and determine your own schedule.
• Willingness to serve clients in the Middle Peninsula & surrounding areas.
• Ability to travel to client locations for supervisory visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits for non-skilled clients.
• Perform initial assessments.
• Conduct reassessments.
• Provide in-service/class training.
• Conduct aide orientation if additional clinical training is needed for a case.

Benefits

• $65 per initial assessment
• $55 per reassessment/6-months
• $30 per missed visit
• $30 per in-service/class
• $20 per aide orientation
• $20 hourly office rate
• An additional $5 per assessment/visit for clients over 30 miles from the agency.
