About The Position
Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team for PM and NOC shifts. Our 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California RN license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate approach and genuine commitment to resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies safely and accurately.
- Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition.
- Accurately document clinical findings, interventions, and resident status.
- Provide direction and support to CNAs and LVNs.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Respond appropriately to clinical concerns and emergencies.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
