About The Position
Concierge Home Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring continuity of care during the critical weekend window. This role offers flexibility, supportive leadership, and modern technology, allowing nurses to manage their own daily schedules while enjoying weekdays off. The position is ideal for those looking to supplement income or prefer a dedicated weekend schedule, focusing on one-on-one patient care without 12-hour hospital rotations. The company utilizes AI-assisted charting tools for efficient documentation and offers a negotiable pay-per-visit model designed for motivated clinicians.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening may be required.

- Home health experience preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Providing skilled nursing care and essential patient/caregiver education.
- Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting care for patients recovering at home.
- Documenting visits efficiently using our streamlined AI-assisted tools.
