About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing multi-specialty practice in Monroe, NY. This full-time role supports the Primary Care Department and is suited to a nurse committed to providing high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment. The RN works closely with providers and clinical staff on day-to-day patient care, including assessments, telephone triage, patient education, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties in a primary care setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York State
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient setting
• Perform patient assessments, take vital signs, and complete clinical documentation
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures as needed
• Administer medications and injections according to provider orders
• Support telephone triage and patient follow-up
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support smooth workflow
• Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
