About The Position
DaVita is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting. The nurse will help ensure patients’ safety, comfort, and wellbeing while delivering care in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team of clinicians. New graduate RNs are welcome to apply, and paid dialysis training is provided. The schedule is 3–4 days per week, Monday through Saturday, with 10–15-hour shifts and two Saturdays per month. There is no Sunday work.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
- Two or more years of experience with acutely ill patients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg settings is preferred.
- CNN certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships.
