About The Position

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Medical Group – Boise Heart Care Clinic. This clinic specializes in caring for patients over the age of 55 diagnosed with conditions such as coronary artery disease, hypertension, irregular heart rhythms, or congestive heart failure. The clinic offers services including Electrophysiology, Echocardiogram, treadmill and nuclear stress tests, and lab services. The role involves performing treadmill stress tests, administering medication, triaging cardiac patients, educating patients, and scheduling cardiac procedures. Additionally, RNs are expected to mentor clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire
• Must obtain an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 months
