About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team. Vibra Hospital of Fargo is a 31-bed Critical Care Hospital in Fargo, ND, specializing in acute care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital treats medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. It offers a fast-paced, friendly work environment where staff can build close relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.

- Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare.
- Provides direct patient care and delegates/supervises nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
