About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Perinatal position is with Wellstar. The role is on the night shift. The job description provides no specific duties or essential functions. An associate degree or nursing diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. Required certifications include BLS, an RN license (compact or single-state), ACLS, and NRP. ACLS and NRP provisional certifications must be completed within 180 days where applicable.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma.
- BLS certification: Basic Life Support, BLS Instructor, or American Red Cross Basic Life Support.
- RN license: multi-state compact or single-state.
- ACLS certification: ACLS, American Red Cross Advanced Life Support, ACLS Instructor, or provisional ACLS within 180 days.
- NRP certification: Neonatal Resuscitation Program, American Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support, NRP Instructor, or provisional NRP within 180 days.
