About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required, and paid training is provided. The role involves direct patient care, monitoring patients and treatment plans, responding to health changes, collaborating with the clinical team, and educating patients and families about kidney health and treatment options. Nurses may float to nearby clinics, and a flexible schedule is required. Training may take place at a clinic other than the nurse’s home location.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position involving long-term patient relationships and a broad application of nursing skills with medically complex patients. The stated wage range is $41.00–$57.00 per hour; compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Requirements

• Hold an RN license in the state of practice.
• Have an ADN.
• Have basic computer proficiency.
• Have reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Be available for a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN or CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
