About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Swiss Villa in Vevay, Indiana, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a rewarding care environment. The role is available full-time on days, with PRN availability also noted. The listed hours are 6:00 AM–6:30 PM. Requirements

Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to excellence in senior care.
Demonstrate supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.
Work with the team toward excellent resident care.

Manage medications proficiently.
