About The Position
Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care for geriatric residents within a Long Term Care setting.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent documentation and teamwork abilities
Nice To Haves
- LTC or geriatrics experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor resident health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Support individualized daily care plans
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
