About The Position

Complete Home Care is seeking a Concierge Registered Nurse to provide care for patients in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. This role involves administering nursing care in the patient's residence, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, clients, families, and referring agencies. The nurse will interact with patients of all ages in a clinical setting, demonstrating appropriate behavior. Responsibilities include developing, initiating, and revising the Plan of Care (POC) as needed, initiating appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, and planning for client discharge from services. This is a concierge-level nursing position provided in the patient's home.

Requirements

• One (1) year experience as an RN in a clinical care setting.
• Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrates proven decision-making skills.
• If required to make visits, Hepatitis profile.
• Must read, write and comprehend English.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
• Current State professional license as an RN in any/all applicable states.
• Current CPR.
• On-going employment as an RN always requires maintaining a valid RN license in the state where the nurse practices in and a valid CPR certificate. The employee is responsible for renewing these before they expire to continue employment.

Responsibilities
