About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking POOL Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide integrated behavioral health care at their multiple crisis and inpatient units. CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. They are a premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, utilizing cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Requirements

Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required.
Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days.
At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary.
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for rerouting commute.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide integrated behavioral health care at multiple crisis and inpatient units.
Submit a minimum of 4 shifts per month by the 15th of the month prior.
Work at all assigned units within the hired region as assigned per central scheduling.
Reroute or change locations as requested per central scheduling.
Work crisis and inpatient units as assigned.
