About The Position
Sage Rehabilitation Hospital is hiring part-time Registered Nurses in Baton Rouge. This role involves delivering optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions. The nurse will coordinate all aspects of patient care, initiate and update the plan of care, complete all documents timely, and provide orientation and in-service to staff/personnel. The position also requires assuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
- Completes all documents timely
- Provide orientation and in-service to staff/personnel
