Delta View Post Acute is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! Requirements

  • Active California RN license
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • A compassionate, resident-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with care plans and physician orders
  • Safely administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor residents and communicate any changes in condition promptly
  • Lead and support CNAs and nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapy and social services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
  • Respond confidently to emergencies
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards
