About The Position
Healthcare facility located East of Redding, CA is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team. This role offers great pay and benefits. The Registered Nurse will have the ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively. The Registered Nurse must maintain an organized set of records, upon request, for the functions that are performed within the scope of this job. The role involves conducting ongoing assessments as determined by the patient’s condition and/or the facility’s policies & procedures or protocols and prioritizing care accordingly. Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by providers in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
- Ability to work with others, at all levels within the organization, and collaborate effectively.
- Adheres to dress code; appearance is neat and professional.
- Registered Nurse license
- Required to report to work on time and as scheduled; completes work in designated time.
- Attends annual evaluation and participates actively in this process
