About The Position

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Willingness to travel between client homes
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
- Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team
