About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Vitruvian Health is responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of patients. This role involves correlating the nursing process with the medical plan of care and hospital policies. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure.
- Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license.
- Current BLS and ACLS.
- If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within 30 days.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
- Diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired concerning the personal, financial, medical, or employment status of patients of Bradley Medical Center and their families.
- Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and hospital.
- Participate in Performance improvement activities.
- Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age-specific patient care.
- Communicate in an acceptable and easily understood manner.
- Develops, implements, and updates plan of care.
- Educates and adheres to patient bill of rights.
