About The Position
Providence Alaska Medical Center is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Operating Room Department in Anchorage, Alaska. This full-time position is 0.9 FTE, with 12-hour night shifts and 36 hours per week. The nurse will apply specialized training to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care and contribute to Providence’s mission of caring for everyone, especially vulnerable community members. A $10,000 hiring bonus is available to eligible external hires who meet the required qualifications and payment conditions. Relocation assistance is available to eligible hires who meet the required qualifications and payment conditions. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Alaska Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- One year of nursing experience.
