About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team for a 13-week local temporary position. This is a full-time role with 36 hours per week, offering 12-hour shifts with both day and night availability. The position is at Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas in Mandan, ND, a 41-bed Critical Care Hospital specializing in long-term acute care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital environment is described as fast-paced and friendly, allowing staff to build strong relationships with patients and their families. A new Clinical Career Ladder is available for full-time employees, offering pay increases upon successful completion of different levels.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
