About The Position

BAYADA Pediatric Offices are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team. The role involves providing 1:1 care to children in home and school settings, emphasizing compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA offers a supportive environment with excellent onboarding, training, and readily available clinical managers and office staff. This position differs from traditional home health visits by offering traditional shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), hands-on care with a single client per day, and the opportunity to build client relationships and witness milestones, with no weekend requirements.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
