About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Cardiac/Stroke department at Evanston Hospital. This is a full-time position requiring 36 hours per week. The role involves providing direct nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, maintaining regulatory compliance, and guiding unlicensed nursing personnel. Requirements

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
BLS/CPR certification required
1 year experience required
BSN degree preferred

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
