About The Position
PurposeCare is hiring a part-time Home Health Registered Nurse to serve Madison County. The nurse provides skilled visits to patients in their homes, delivering personalized, holistic care that addresses patients’ needs and supports progress in their daily lives and recovery. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to build one-on-one relationships with patients. PurposeCare provides home care and home health services across the Midwest, with a focus on helping people live healthier, safer, and more fulfilling lives at home. Requirements
- Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
