About The Position

BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for infant/pediatric care to join their Skilled Nursing team for overnight shifts. They emphasize providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. The position offers an overnight incentive of $1,000-$2,000 for nurses committing to either part-time or full-time overnight shifts. BAYADA provides an excellent onboarding and training experience, with accessible Clinical Managers and office staff for support. This role involves one-to-one client care, with traditional shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s), hands-on care for a single client, building client relationships, and no weekend requirements. The client age range is from infant to adult. Responsibilities include traveling to a client's home, executing doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. Nurses are empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
