About The Position
Gentiva & Heartland Hospice invites passionate and committed professionals to an Open House to learn more about current hospice openings and explore career opportunities in compassionate, patient-centered care. The event is seeking individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of patients and families in the community. Attendees can meet the team, learn about the company culture, mission, and values, speak directly with hiring managers about open positions for RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides, participate in on-site interviews, and learn how to make a meaningful impact on patients and families in hospice care. Light refreshments will be provided.
Requirements
- Registered Nurses (RN) licensed in the state of employment.
- Social Workers (MSW) licensed in the state of employment.
- Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) with a heart for compassionate care.
- Professionals committed to providing patient-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients and families in hospice.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources.
- Participate in on-site interviews.
- Make a meaningful impact on patients and families in hospice care.
