About The Position
Franciscan Health nurses provide comprehensive care by listening to and assessing patients, developing plans of care, and implementing, reassessing, and evaluating care for patients and their families. This Registered Nurse position is on a 10-bed unit caring for Neuro Critical Care patients, with typical patient ratios of 1:2. The role offers a didactic learning experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited program.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana or a state listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- At least 1 year of Critical Care ICU experience.
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Neuro experience.
