Pool Registered Nurse Seasonal Contract, UCC - Country Walk, Per Diem, 8:30A-9P
About The Position
The RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate proficiency and mastery of core competencies including assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership, and service. The role involves delivering patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing and promoting evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety, and service. This is a 12-week commitment in the Baptist Health Seasonal Nursing Pool, a temporary nursing position.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience.
- ASN degree.
- Licensed Registered Nurse.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP per department standards.
- Possess a valid RN license eligible to practice in FL.
- Have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.
- Commit to working any three twelve-hour shifts per week and every other weekend during the Agreement period for a total of 36 hours per week.
- Commit to a 12-week contract period.
