Requirements

• RN certified
• CPR, ACLS/BLS

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in Interventional Radiology, emergency/critical medicine, and/or code team experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescription medications (e.g., antihistamine, intravenous fluid, beta agonist inhalers, epinephrine) and other appropriate interventions under the order of a Radiologist with audio/visual consult for contrast reaction emergency management.
• Provide post-care follow-up for patients who have experienced a contrast reaction and/or other incidents (e.g., infiltrate, vasovagal response, fall).
• Maintain, monitor, and audit the site emergency cart, collaborating with managers and Quality to ensure supplies are checked, available, and appropriately labeled.
