About The Position

The Randallia ICU is a 12-bed critical care unit providing care for patients with moderate to high acuity needs. The unit serves a mixed population of ICU and progressive-level patients who require advanced monitoring, intensive medical management, and timely interventions for complex conditions. Care is delivered in a fast-paced environment by a collaborative team that includes nurses and patient care technicians, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, prioritization, and effective communication. The Randallia ICU supports a broad range of critical care needs while maintaining flexibility to manage patients across varying levels of acuity, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN.
Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required.
CPR certification.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
