About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home care near Carmel and throughout surrounding communities in Indiana. This role offers a slower, more meaningful pace, allowing nurses to build strong relationships and focus on their clients. RNs will have 24/7 clinical support and reliable weekly pay. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, supporting them in their homes.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one in-home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality care.
- Utilize user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
