About The Position

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Inpatient Float Pool. The nurse provides personalized patient care in a Magnet-designated, 223-bed hospital. The role includes assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, evaluating therapies, collaborating with medical professionals on care plans, and educating patients and their loved ones. The position is per diem. Staff are required to be vaccinated against influenza as a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Influenza vaccination is required as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly encouraged.
• Work experience in a unit-specific specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities
