About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse for its outpatient dialysis team. The nurse provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Dialysis experience is not required, and paid training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on setting, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to apply a broad range of nursing skills while caring for medically complex patients. The schedule is flexible and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The nurse may float to nearby clinics, and training may take place at a clinic other than the employee’s home location. The posting lists a wage range of $39.00–$53.00 per hour; compensation depends on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN/CDN certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in health.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
