Registered Nurse
About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required, and paid training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to apply a broad range of nursing skills with medically complex patients. The nurse may need to float to nearby clinics, and flexible scheduling is required. Training may take place at a clinic other than the nurse’s home location. The position is based at 2814 Lee Blvd, Suite 16, Lehigh Acres, Florida. Requirements
- RN license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable transportation for potential floating.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in their health.
- Collaborate with a clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
- Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
- Float to nearby clinics as needed.
