About The Position

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Same-Day Surgery Center. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week with 8-hour rotating shifts in Pre-op and Phase II recovery. The role operates Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Requirements

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State RN License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 24 months of experience as an Acute Care RN
• Experience in ED or ICU is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties in Pre-op and Phase II recovery.
• Provide patient care within a Same-Day Surgery Center setting.
