The role involves collaborative, interdisciplinary care with nursing, therapy, and medical teams working together for a diverse patient population. The company is a privately owned, 47-year industry leader in healthcare with over 200 locations across the U.S. The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. The RN also provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
