About The Position

Nightingale Visiting Nurses of Connecticut is hiring two full-time Registered Nurses for a salary-based, territory role serving patients in Stamford, Norwalk, and surrounding areas. The position offers clinical autonomy, organizational support, a consistent patient volume, and the opportunity to build and manage a defined patient panel. It is not a per-visit role. The posting describes a salary of $125,000–$150,000 per year plus performance bonus; another section lists guaranteed salary of $105,000–$125,000 plus a bonus structure.

The RN provides home health care, including Start of Care, recertification, and routine visits; completes OASIS assessments and Plans of Care; monitors patient progress and adjusts care; coordinates with therapists, aides, and physicians; and documents care in WellSky. The role includes field work and travel across the assigned territory. Mileage is reimbursed at the federal rate. Strong performers may have opportunities to grow into clinical leadership as the office expands.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
• Home health experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined patient population in Stamford and nearby areas.
• Perform Start of Care (SOC), recertification, and routine visits.
