We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse – RN – Flexible Schedule. This is a brief overview of job responsibilities and not intended to be all inclusive. Requirements
- Current PA RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Open to covering nights as needed during vacations and special circumstances.
- Minimum two weekends per month as needed; Rotating Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
- Regular rounding on nursing units.
- Facilitate communication between nursing aides, licensed nurses and providers.
- Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
