We are seeking a Registered Nurse
to join our team at our program
in the clinic based behavioral health programs for Merakey of Delaware County in Sharon Hill, Pa.

This posting is for part-time Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am to 4pm.

Earn $45.96/hour!

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of direct nursing experience
• Associates degree is required
• License Certification, valid RN license in good standing in the state where services are performed
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working this population served (e.g., IDD, adult behavioral health) preferred
• Exposure to electronic medical records system(s), preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of Clozapine Support Services.
• 1x per week Clozaril clinic that includes administration of medications
• Entry of lab work into PA REMS (Riske Evaluation and Mitigation System)
• Follow up with clients, pharmacy and prescribers as needed
• Administration of Long-Acting Injectables as prescribed
• Collaboration with prescribers for completion of Prior Authorizations and other medication needs
• Management of nursing office including samples, medications and supplies.
• Overall support of client needs in relation to psychiatric medication support
• Position requires RN to be on site 3 days a week, Tuesday through Thursday, 8 hours a day
