About The Position
Responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients by the use and implementation of the nursing process of assessment, derivation of the nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and re-evaluation of the care by using a holistic approach. Be a contributing member to the multidisciplinary health care team and must be able to communicate the needs of the patient/significant others to all disciplines involved in the patient's care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Valid license to practice Nursing in the State of Indiana.
- CPR certification at the earliest opportunity at WHS.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a medical office is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Responsible for continuous self-professional development by attending seminars and maintaining CEUs.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for patients using the nursing process.
- Act as a contributing member of the multidisciplinary health care team.
