About The Position

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Requirements

  • Active California RN license
  • CPR/BLS certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Compassionate, professional approach to resident care

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff on assigned shifts
  • Promote resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care
