Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Requirements
- Active California RN license
- CPR/BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Compassionate, professional approach to resident care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff on assigned shifts
- Promote resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care
