Registered Nurse, RN (Full Time Days & PRN) — $5k Signing Bonus Offered for Full Time!

Join a nationally ranked rehabilitation hospital—in the top 10% in the nation! We are currently seeking Full Time Day Shift and PRN nurses to join our team. This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery. Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days. Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more. Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more. Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains. 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay).
Requirements
- RN License (State of TX)
- BLS required
- 1+ year of RN experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Acute care experience a plus
- CRRN preferred
