About The Position

Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents. This role involves obtaining and transcribing all written and telephone orders promptly, ensuring telephone order forms are complete. The Registered Nurse will notify the physician and responsible party of changes in resident status. This position also provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations are practiced. Completing all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment, and preparing and administering medications and treatments as needed are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing
  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
  • Current CPR Certification
