About The Position

Lakeview's LTAC Hospital specializes in caring for patients challenged with Traumatic Brain Injuries and other neurobehavioral and medically complex conditions. Full time, or part time applicants welcome! A $10k sign on bonus is included. The goal of the role is to provide direct program participant care and medical management for program participants of all ages, TBI rehabilitation and intensive medical management services. To participate in the development of the interdisciplinary treatment plans or plans of care. To assess the persons served regarding presenting problems, and integrate assessed areas in individual plans of care and update and evaluate the plans as necessary.

Requirements

RN (Required)
ACLS Required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

Provide direct program participant care and medical management for program participants of all ages, TBI rehabilitation and intensive medical management services.
